Half Day (4 Hours):

AM Session: 9:00am-1:00pm; PM Session: 1:30pm-5:30pm: $900.00 per party

Half day mediations are not recommended for cases involving: 1) more than two parties; 2) wrongful death or catastrophic injury 3) more than $100,000.00 in controversy.

All half day mediations have a “hard stop” at their end time

Parking Information

Five parking spaces marked “Brookman” are located in the adjacent lot immediately West of our building.

If they are occupied when you arrive, you may park in the lot directly across 4th Street from our office entrance (“Lot 31”). *This lot has a $10 per day flat fee payable by text or by scanning the QR code, per the instructions on the payment kiosk in the lot. Alternatively, you may also park along 4th Street (coin OR ParkMobile App operated).

We will reimburse you and your clients for parking in Lot 31. Please let us know so that we can reimburse you.
